Climbed about 3+ hours yesterday at Rick's - cold inside his big building (30s) but had a great time and a good workout.
Had to go to the dentist today so was gone all morning and now have the lazy's so I'll hit it again tomorrow :)

One arm KB Press - 12K x 20 - 16K x 15 L&R
Two hand Swings - 8k - 12K x 20 L&R

Low back ouchy so took it easy but also will be climbing Sunday and wanted a break on the forearms too.  Still gaining weight - need to think about some things - diet has been pretty good - not sure what's up?
