Euro at 52 - I cleaned my Euro back down - really scrubbed it.
60x5-110x4-160x3-180x2-200x 1barely
Straight Arm Pulldowns followed by triceps pushdowns @ 50# x 10 each x 3 - done "soft" style
ARC on my climbing wall - 10 minutes all on easy side
Overhead press - 45# x 12 "soft" reps
