Well this was it - the last Grip workout before Gripmas. Wanted it to be a good one and it was - not great but satisfied.

COC - Did Trainer - then 84# #1 and the pain in my palm wasn't worth it - stopped there - going to rest it until the contest and see where is is then

Flask - 125-150-175-200-205 in plates
Tips Tester - 150-175-200-225-250
3/8" thin Pinch - 60-70-80-90-100x1
Sledges all directions - still struggling on these
