Step ups with just the 25# vest - no ankle weights - it's the 10# ankle weights that kick the crap out of me.
7" x 3 minutes - 14" x 2 - 17" x 1 - 14" x 2 - 7" x 3 - 21" x 1 minute - max HR of 122 - Ave of 110bpm
Ukrainian DL 24k KB x 20 L&R - 111 max HR - return to under 100 bpm was 1 min - 13 secs
