climber511: My Blog. I am a 70 year old guy just trying to stay in shape – live a good happy – healthy – and active life. Starting in 1959 I first climbed under a barbell and for about 58 years now have been lifting and training – so I have some fairly strong opinions on what works for me and what I want from my training – and that may be much different than what you want from yours. I work out in one way or another 7 days a week if I’m not out rock climbing or competing in some form of Masters athletics. In this Blog I will be keeping my training log – a record of my trips – my climbs – my thoughts on working out – my family - politics – religion – health issues and whatever else might come to mind. If I can figure out how I might post a few pictures and/or videos. If you enjoy it feel free to comment but be aware if I don’t like what you have to say – I will delete it or shut comments off completely. I’m doing this for myself and not for anyone else.
