Neutral Grip Chin Ups - 25# x 4-3-2-2-1  Elbows achy today.
Rings - invert to low L sit - repeat - 9 reps - hard today - abs still sore
Rotated my Euro Plates to a fresh area and smoothed over the edges some for training - pretty smooth - we'll see what it does to my lifts
