Bike Trainer - 20 minutes
My old Warm up - up dog to sit back bird dogs - knee lifts - side leg raises etc
Worked no weight squats trying to figure out what's wrong with my right hip in front - still no idea why it hurts when I lower into the squat - coming up is OK ???

Had to call it early to take Tee to the chiropractor
