Palm still sore
Dumbbell Bench Press - 50# x 20 x 1 - Easy today
V Bar Pulldowns 90# x 20 - also easy today
DumbbellCurls - palm hurt too much - passed
Band Triceps - Light and mini band - 20 reps last few hard
Nothing to failure today but a fair workout just the same
